Kareena interview:
Ennui inducing, that is all I can say! I hope there is something in the film, so far promos range from bad to blah.

Looks like a disaster of epic proportions to me. Horrendous song, horrendous promo, movie looking completely cheesy and stupid.
ReplyDeleteWhat is this? At least someone could have tried to set some decent lyrics to this song, now we have something worse than a travesty...
ReplyDeleteI don't know why Karan and his directions are so hung up on American music, English lyrics, English titles. They seem to think anything Western is hip and cool but it turns off a significant portion of Indian viewers.
ReplyDeleteNow they don't even have Hindi titles anymore-
My Name is Khan
I Hate Love Storys
We are Family
I think they have one called Short Term Shaadi coming up. Pathetic
hahahaha hahahahah :D
ReplyDeleteI hope the song is used well in the movie, as its of little to no use in promotions.
ReplyDeleteMujhe Nahi Pata main kya Gaaongi
ReplyDeleteUlte sheedhe shabdon se banaungi
Man Me jo aae keh jaaongi
chalo Hato pare, nacho dil khol ke lets rock,
Main to bhool gayi but song is on Jailhouse Rock.
- What a Tribute.
I saw the promo 5 times now, and now i repeat what Neo has said,
ReplyDeleteHHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA :D
whatta song..whatta family..Easily the best family of the year so far....
ReplyDelete^^Are you being sarcastic? I sure hope so. :P
ReplyDeleteOFC :) ...They are just missing the tag line "Come...Get Irritated/Annoyed"
ReplyDeletePrithvi Bhaiyya is also almost disgraced here.
ReplyDeleteNo one in this promo looks like a star! The only "positive" is that K Jo paid for the rights to use Jailhouse Rock. Maybe he should have saved his money...
ReplyDeletelol..Atleast some of the songs use to be good in Dharma production..
ReplyDeleteGosh!LMAO!
ReplyDeleteThankfully Ash is doing much superior work even after marriage compared to the overhyped OTT-queen
Kajol!
Milliblog music review of WAF:
ReplyDeleteThere is an overriding soul-style sound in this soundtrack that seems very appealing. It’s more pronounced in the piano-laden Reham O Karam, that starts blissfully serene before escalating its notes, and in Sun le dua, an all-out mellow tune that rides entirely on Shreya’s scintillating vocals. Rahat-led Aankhon mein is predictably sweet and that is saying a lot, while the Sonu-Shreya duet Hamesha & Forever has at least a captivating chorus going for it. Jailhouse Rock’s desi twist, Dil khol ke, seems like sacrilege, but works eventually due to Anushka…and Suraj Jagan’s vocals! Karan Johar’ish predictability, with a new-found maturity.

ReplyDeleteWhy is all this "becoming mama" talk? Is someone making her go for a sex-change and make her the mama 4 the kids? For more, watch the movie on the big screen...StepMAMA
ReplyDeleteWOW, this is getting bad by every passing promo, though I bet everyone is congratulating KJo on twitter......
ReplyDeleteIf only Karan Johar were cheap enough, he could have cast Saif, Kareena and Amrita Singh
ReplyDeleteI saw it without song and it seemed like a weepy senti-fest. Who knows, now I think this film will work if Kajol can get enough tears out of the viewers as she goes thru terminal illness.
ReplyDeleteAdded Kareena interview at the top
